Yes. Your gown is shipped with tracked, insured postage both ways when you use our prepaid Collection Box service.

Do you dry clean wedding dresses?

No. We specialise in careful hand cleaning for wedding gowns without dry-cleaning solvents — an important difference from a regular dry cleaner.

How long does cleaning take?

Turnaround depends on your gown's condition and how busy we are — typically between 8–12 weeks. We keep you updated by email and have Express options available too.

What if I choose the wrong MyDressbox?

We inspect every gown on arrival. If a different option is required, we will contact you before any additional work is done.

Are minor repairs included?

Yes. Minor repairs such as split seams and hem touch-ups from your big day are included in our standard pricing.
